We are hiring for an Account Manager, Verification Services:
Reporting to the Manager, Verification Services, individuals in this role are responsible for serving Lumelight clients and partners, managing client relationships, coordinating resources, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables from project kickoff through completion. Account Managers also ensure client deliverables meet quality standards starting with a project’s kick-off through completion. This position is client-facing while also working closely with the rest of the Operations Team and other departments to ensure that everything we do is for the betterment of our clients.
This position is remote within the continental United States.
- Plan, coordinate, and track client projects and deliverables to ensure timelines, milestones, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Gather, review, and process all required client onboarding and implementation materials to support successful project execution and delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Lumelight, building strong relationships through a clear understanding of client goals, business needs, and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their representatives by facilitating meetings, responding to inquiries, providing status updates, and delivering project reports.
- Partner closely with the Data Team to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and timely completion of client deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the audit process to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or potential issues, and proactively communicate solutions to maintain project success.
- Ensure all client deliverables are accurate, complete, and meet established quality and service standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, client records, and communication logs in accordance with company processes and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance client experience, operational efficiency, and team effectiveness.

- Education: High School Diploma, College preferred
- Years of experience: · Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, project coordination, customer support, or a related field. Experience in health benefits, insurance, healthcare, or professional services is preferred but not required.
- Technical knowledge: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing.
- Certifications: N/A
- Required software: MS Suite, Teams
- Other requirements: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and support to clients with complex needs while managing multiple priorities.
- Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment.
- Superior account management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated relationship building skills including engaging, persuading, debating, and gaining credibility with key parties involved throughout the audit process.

Work Environment:
This position is a remote position within approved Lumelight states. This job operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Equipment will be provided to you.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Expected Hours of Work:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, following an agreed-upon schedule. Extended hours and/or weekends will be required during the busiest season of ACA reporting, which mainly occurs in the first quarter of the calendar year.
Travel:
Minimal travel is required.
