What You’ll Do
Resident Assistants:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers)
- Provide companionship and support
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
Medication Technicians:
- Administer medications per physician orders and PA regulations
- Accurately document on MAR
- Monitor for side effects and ensure medication safety
- Support resident care as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred/Required:
- Medication certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
No experience required – we provide training!
