REPORTS TO Head of Store Operations
COLLABORATES WITH Director of Store Operations (NYC), Clinical Leadership, Clean Market Support Staff
CLINICAL LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS
● Supervise and mentor nursing staff; manage performance, conflicts, and professional
development
● Manage clinical customer service issues and ensure highest standard of guest care
● Interview and hire clinical staff; assess cultural fit and clinical competency
● Cover clinical shifts and call-outs to maintain service continuity and team support
● Create and manage nurse schedules to ensure coverage, cross-training, and compliance with operational needs
● Audit client charts monthly; ensure charting and documentation compliance for all nurses
● Administer required training exams; review results with nurses to ensure knowledge
competency
● Enforce sterility protocols and established standards of care during all treatments
● Maintain clinical compliance with regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
● Partner with Director of Store Operations and Lead Nurse Practitioner to build a collaborative team culture
● Foster positive, inclusive culture aligned with company values
● Develop and execute employee training and onboarding programs to enhance clinical skills and career growth
● Provide guidance, education, and feedback to staff members (clinical and developmental)
● Lead by example; demonstrate commitment to organizational values and continuous
improvement
SALES ENABLEMENT
● Coach nursing staff on clinical selling points and current offerings/promotions
● Develop and implement clinical sales training programs in partnership with leadership
● Support Director of Store Operations to achieve Clean Market sales goals and revenue targets
● Remain knowledgeable on clinical protocols and offerings to inform sales strategy
PARTNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION
● Weekly check-ins with Head of Store Operations
● Maintain strong internal communication with nursing team, Director of Store Operations, and corporate support staff
● Collaborate with corporate teams and external partners to support business operations
● Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to team members
QUALIFICATIONS
● Current NP license (NY State)
● Clinical leadership experience preferred
● Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills
● Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment
● Exceptional time management and planning skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
