Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and current clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and promote suitable property and casualty policies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance portfolios to recommend optimal coverage options, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as policy processing, documentation, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Negotiate policy terms with clients, carriers, and underwriters to secure competitive rates while meeting client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and offering ongoing support for policy updates or claims assistance.
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and confidently.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer engagement.
- Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable policy terms for clients while maintaining profitability.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $50,000.00 per year
