Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food service by delivering appetizers or small plates when needed, supporting overall guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation for bar orders or catering events.
- Support banquet or catering functions by providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively.
- Experience in serving beverages and food in a restaurant or hospitality setting; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
