Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support and care.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and personal hygiene
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or seniors in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private residences
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Lift and transfer clients safely when needed
- Provide direct support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for those in your care
Experience:
- Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities, autism, or in senior care is preferred
- Familiarity with assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families
