The Customer Service and Sales Associate must have a background in retail and/or customer service, and a passion for African Heritage as Wayowear is an African clothing store that sells African clothing and skincare.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selection.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Perform retail math calculations to assist with sales and inventory management.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping experience.
- Be open to learning how to tie waist beads if you are female.
