We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and community-minded Taekwondo Master / Instructor to join our growing team. This position offers excellent growth potential, a supportive team culture, and long-term career advancement.
Working Hours & Schedules
We offer both full-time and part-time positions to fit the right candidate's schedule:
- Full-Time Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Part-Time Schedule:
- Flexible hours (to be discussed during the interview process).
Job Responsibilities
As a Taekwondo Master/Instructor, you will be an integral part of our daily operations and community impact. Your duties will include:
- Instruction: Perform, assist, and teach high-quality Taekwondo classes for children, teens, and adults.
- Program Management: Plan, manage, and operate daily dojang classes, curriculum execution, and special events (camps, tournaments, and community demonstrations).
- Member Relations: Manage student memberships, track retention, and maintain excellent, proactive communication with parents and students.
- Dojang Administration: Maintain proficiency in daily front-desk and office tasks, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Facility Care: Ensure the training facility is kept safe, clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with school leadership and higher management to ensure unified execution of classes and the highest standard of martial arts education.
Job Requirements
- Martial Arts Credentials: Minimum 3rd or 4th Dan Black Belt (World Taekwondo certified).
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of active teaching experience in a professional dojang setting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with an exceptional ability to connect with young children, parents, and adult students. Intermediate English proficiency is required.
- Core Traits: Strong attention to detail, a great team player mindset, a positive work ethic, and a continuous eagerness to learn, train, and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dojang management, front desk, or administrative business operations.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
- Flexible availability to accommodate special weekend community events when necessary.
