- Co-worker recruitment, training, and supervision
- Merchandising and inventory control
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
- Help maintain a clean store and quality store image.
- Ensure products are in stock and respond to community needs.
- Receive training in all areas of store leadership to cover management absences.
