Dental Assistant (Full Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during all clinical procedures
- Set up and break down operatories for each treatment
- Perform sterilization and infection control in compliance with OSHA standards
- Take, process, and mount digital X-rays
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
- Prepare dental lab cases and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required
- Proficiency in chairside assisting and knowledge of dental terminology
- Experience with 3D scanning, general dentistry procedures, and infection control
- Familiarity with prosthodontic and endodontic procedures preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Current X-ray certification preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
