Busy top rated dental practice is seeking to add General Dentist to our collaborative team. The ideal candidate would be competent, intelligent, fast, independent, and have excellent bedside manner, communication, and problem solving skills. Must know or learn the work flow and work efficiency. Management skill is a plus.
We take a conservative approach to treatment planning and prioritize building long-term relationships with our patients, treat them like our families.
Procedures:
- Mainly prophylaxis, periodontal therapy (scaling and root planing), restorative treatments (composite resin fillings and core buildups)
- White ceramic crowns, extraction, & major procedures depending on work experience.
Compensation:
Daily earnings typically range from $600–$700 or 30% of Net collections, whichever is higher, calculated monthly.
Qualification:
Prefer 1 years of AEGD/GPR residency working experience.
