We are a non-profit organization specializing in working with foster/adoptive youth and their families. This position includes providing various therapeutic-based services for clients both in the home and in the field. Duties may include, but are not limited to, providing transportation, assisting with academics, implementing behavior plans, and providing therapeutic mentoring to youth and their families.

Child Family Specialist (Part-Time)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Candidates that are reliable and passionate about working with youth and families with high needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
- Experience Working with youth and families
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services Field; Current students who are pursuing a degree in this field of work may be considered
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential
- Must obtain a First Aid/CPR Certification once hired
- Valid CA Driver's License, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle required
