Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who is interested in growing within a supportive Christian private practice setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping clients experience meaningful healing and growth.
The practice emphasizes quality clinical care and meaningful therapeutic relationships over high-volume scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs and goals
- Integrate faith into sessions when aligned with client preferences and goals
- Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, AZBBHE, and ethical standards
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license through AZBBHE

- Ability to work independently and maintain ethical clinical standards
