Timeless Cargo Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company dedicated to providing exceptional transportation solutions across the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily freight operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch carriers for customer shipments.
- Track and monitor loads from pickup through delivery.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and brokers regarding shipment status.
- Schedule appointments and resolve transportation issues proactively.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profitability.
- Verify carrier compliance, insurance, and required documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.
- Handle after-hours shipment updates as needed.
- Assist with problem-solving and service recovery when delays or issues occur.
