Sapphire Deluxe Cleaning is seeking a motivated Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative to help us grow our commercial client base. This is a commission-only sales opportunity with the potential to build recurring residual income from accounts you bring to the company.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and identify potential commercial cleaning clients
- Contact businesses, property managers, offices, retail locations, medical facilities, and other commercial properties
- Generate leads and schedule meetings/estimates
- Present Sapphire Deluxe Cleaning’s commercial cleaning and janitorial services
- Follow up with prospects and close new accounts
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
Compensation
- 3–5% residual commission per account
- Earn ongoing commission from qualified accounts you bring to Sapphire Deluxe Cleaning
- Unlimited earning potential based on sales performance
- Commission is paid on collected revenue
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility-services sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Ability to prospect and make cold calls
- Professional and persistent
- Sales experience preferred but not required

Pay: $21,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
