This role supports press operations by assisting with material feeding, packing, quality inspection, and machine support activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and upholding safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Complete all DMS checklists and required documentation accurately.

Load roll stands and maintain proper ink viscosity.

Clean ink stations and operate the butt splicer as required.

Inspect products for printing and cutting quality.

Pack cartons on pallets for WIP or into corrugated cases for finished goods.

Complete and place load tags for CNG pallets.

Assist with packing station setup, including tape machines.

Help locate corrugated cases as needed.

Ensure product safety and quality; report any concerns to Senior Management or the Quality Manager.

Assist with machine maintenance activities when necessary.

Support housekeeping around machines and work areas.
-
Maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment and production areas.

Assist 1st and 2nd presspersons with preventative maintenance.

Support troubleshooting of machinery issues as directed.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
