We are looking for Experienced, motivated, hardworking, and reliable employees to join our team. Minimum of 5 years works experience. Candidates need to be able to work well with other employees and thrive in a fast pace environment. You should also be comfortable providing polite and professional assistance to other employees . We are currently looking for an Experienced Welder/Fabricators. This position is for someone who likes Production work. Someone who is creative and want to work on something different every day. You must be able to Weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Be a positive worker and willing to go the extra length to get the job done.
Duties and Responsibilities & Qualifications: (not limited to)
- MIG and TIG Weld, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Produce strong, clean welds
- Assemble parts assemblies
- Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding TIG welding
- Grinding, and finishing metals
- Cut Material
- Drill and Tap holes
- Ensure all work meets applicable codes and standards for quality and safety.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal fabrication techniques.
- Strong understanding of welding codes and standards relevant to the industry.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during fabrication processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in Architectural Metal
- Ability to stand, crouch, and lift 50lbs
- Motivated self-starter with high level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
- Must be able to speak, read and write English as it relates to the job requirements
- Positive worker and willing to go the extra length to get the job done
