TriSource is seeking DSP's to begin working in group homes in Danville, VA with clients with behavioral health plans.
Shifts available:
7am-4pm (full-time)
4pm-12am, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm (part-time)
PRN also available
Pay Rate: $13.50-$14/hr
Qualifications:
- Experience working with a vulnerable population/within a group home or community day program for adults with disabilities
- Valid TB/PPD
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility with either working 1:1 or in groups
- CPR + First Aid certified
- Clean background
- High school diploma
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with various recreational activities
- Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals
- Provide supervision and safety for clients
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Must be able to care for individual's hygiene needs including showering, personal care, and changing
