Hickory Ridge Golf & Country Club is looking to add a Proshop attendant to our staff.
Previous experience is preferred but not required, we are happy to train the right candidate! This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service. This candidate also must be available nights and weekends and work up until we close for the season which is around October 31.
We would love you to come back each season.
Hours will range from 15-30 depending on job performance and scheduling. Weekdays as well as Saturdays and/or Sundays, Holidays and evening shifts are required.
Responsibilities:
- Have basic golf knowledge
- Communicate with customers on right and wrong doings
- POS - ForeUp
- Schedule tee- times
- Clean (pressure wash) golf carts
- Drive golf carts
- Fill with gas, check oil
- Able to multitask
- Assist with events such as tournaments and leagues
- Store sales
- Good computer and phone skills
- Problem solve and work independently
- Store organization/cleanliness
- Stock items on shelves.
- Able to stay busy during slow times.
- Keep store and area around the proshop outside tidy.
