Duties Include:
- Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
- Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
- Education for Residents and Caregivers
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
- Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Contributes to team effort
- Perform Documentation
- Perform Daily Billing
- 1 year Sub-acute and Long term care experience required
