Job Description:
Manage all day-to-day office operations.
Maintain comprehensive sales plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
Employee hiring, meetings and sales techniques training.
Coaching behaviors and implementing tactics for excellent customer service.
Management and improvements of sales procedures.
Ensure that projects' processing and filing by staff are done according to standard operating procedures.
Daily auditing of internal staff in completing customers' follow-ups inquiries and monitor estimates.
Manage CRM and build successful sales pipelines,
Audit and oversee sales and ensure performance. Monitor estimates.
Resolve customers and office personnel issues.
Lead by example, demonstrates enthusiasm.
Pitch and implement ideas for SEO, social media, marketing campaigns and product trending.
Work on various projects and other duties as assigned.
Analyze sales processes to make the customers’ experience seamless, easy and simple.
Skills and Qualifications:
8 years of sales team training and marketing experience.
8 years of experience in the kitchen cabinets or countertops sales
Able to use basic Excel spreadsheet formulas
Bachelor's degree
Professional approach, warm and friendly.
Extensive knowledge of sales techniques.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Typing 40 wpm.
