Job Title: Elementary School Psychologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary School Psychologist to support students across two nearby school sites in Dover, DE. This full-time role focuses on promoting students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for elementary-aged students

Provide counseling and intervention services to support student success

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders

Assist in developing positive behavioral interventions and supports

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives
Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field

Valid Delaware certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)

Demonstrated experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders (required)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
