Responsibilities
- Facilitate residential real estate transactions from initial client consultation through closing, including listing presentations, market analysis, target marketing, and showings.
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contingencies to secure favorable deals while maintaining compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, and advise clients on market trends and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transaction flow and timely closings.
- Maintain organized records, manage administrative tasks, and stay current on industry developments.
