SALARY: $37.43 - $45.59

Summary:
San Poil Valley Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner while promoting quality healthcare services to patients and families in our community.

New Hire Incentive: Eligible candidates may receive a signing bonus up to $5,000, paid according to the organization's bonus payment schedule.
Essential Functions:

Provide direct nursing care within the scope of LPN practice.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Washington or ability to obtain prior to hire.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Basic computer and electronic health record proficiency.
