Tree West is seeking an experienced Tree Care Advisor to join our growing team serving Southwest Florida.
This position is ideal for an ISA Certified Arborist or experienced tree care professional with strong knowledge of Southwest Florida tree species, pruning practices, tree risk assessment, and customer service.
The successful candidate will meet with residential and commercial clients, evaluate trees and landscapes, prepare proposals, and help guide clients toward the best solutions for their properties.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential and commercial clients
- Evaluate tree health, structure, and risk conditions
- Prepare tree care and removal proposals
- Assist with arborist reports and permit-related documentation
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and develop new tree care opportunities
- Represent Tree West in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred
- Strong knowledge of Southwest Florida tree species and landscape plants
- Experience with tree pruning, removals, risk assessment, and plant health care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience and qualifications
