O.P. Beauty Lab is a one stop shop for all things beauty. We strive to provide outstanding customer service to our clients in an upscale environment located in the Woodlands just 8 minutes from the Woodlands mall. We offer our customers the newest trends in nail services including European E-File structured manicure techniques. We are looking for highly motivated and friendly nail technicians to join our team. We offer training for our Euro E-file builder/hard gel manicure, however experienced technicians are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Some experience with builder and hard gel manicures
- Apply gel/polish to fingernails and toenails
- Clean, cut and shape nails
- Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
- Remove previously applied polish
- Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
- Sterilize equipment before use
- Inform clients about additional services and offers
- Give hand and foot massages
- Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
- Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist or similar role
- Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including French manicures, airbrushing and gel manicures
- Knowledge of latest nail trends/European style techniques (bio/poly gel , etc.) Efile Manicure
- Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
- Experience in customer service
- Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United StatesMinimum of 6 months experience working in spa, up to 2 years preferredAvailability on weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
