Pay Rate: $45 – $50/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a reputable long-term care facility located in Concord, NH 03301.
This is a 13-week contract with a high likelihood of extension, ideal for professionals passionate about geriatric care seeking a rewarding opportunity in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to the RN or physician as needed.
- Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in care planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
- Support residents and their families with emotional and educational needs.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of NH or a compact state.
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
