Office Manager
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers and employees, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience:
- 5+ years of workplace operations and employee management experience required.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, such as IT Helpdesk, retail, hospitality, service industry, call center or receptionist positions is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee relations.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone, identify their needs, and effectively promote our services.
Computer Proficiency:
- Computer knowledge is required with basic technical skills and previous experience in the IT industry preferred.
Multitasking Abilities:
- The ability to multitask effectively is essential for this role.
- Candidates should be capable of juggling multiple responsibilities, such as answering phones, assigning support requests to appropriate technicians, employee management and performing administrative tasks with accuracy.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for managing these tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
LiveWire is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Office Manager, with a focus on handling daily office operations, staff supervision and workflow coordination, managing product inventory, receiving and assigning support requests and ensuring requests and interactions are recorded accurately using our MSP management system.
- Oversees daily administrative operations to ensure a productive, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Coordinate daily workflow, draft correspondence, organize document archives, and streamline office procedures.
- Assist with employee onboarding, facilitate new hire training and maintain personnel files.
- Manage company calendar by coordinating team appointments, client projects and deadlines, staff meetings and employee schedules.
- Manage the cost of goods inventory by ensuring all hardware is accurately entered/removed from the inventory management system correctly with inventory assessments as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are well stocked and place orders as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure all responses are done in a polite and timely manner.
- Answer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Communicate with technicians and efficiently coordinate and record the scheduling and completion of support requests.
- Confirm all support tickets and projects are properly documented and updated accordingly to ensure objectives are completed and prepared to be invoiced.
- Other duties as assigned.
