The right person for this position will possess the following skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong background in cash management, financial report writing, and accounting
- Experience in financial analysis
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Flexibility and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Must have excellent computer skills including in-depth knowledge of MS Excel & Quickbooks
Job Responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Monthly job cost reporting
- Oversee and assist payroll as needed
- Must have in-depth experience preparing quarterly payroll tax reports for 300+ employees
- Reconciling bank statements for multiple accounts
- Complete excise tax returns and contract clearances with Department of Revenue
- Supervise AP & AR departments as needed
- Supervise completion of annual audits as required
