Q39 is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to drive the growth of our retail business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, driving revenue, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

As our Retail Sales Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution of Q39's retail business by:

Growing retail sales through our restaurants, online store, and third-party retail partners.

Identifying and securing new retail accounts and distribution opportunities.

Building strong relationships with existing retail partners while expanding our market presence.

Forecasting inventory, managing purchasing, and ensuring products are always available.

Creating compelling retail displays that drive customer purchases.

Analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies that maximize revenue.

Serving as an ambassador for the Q39 brand while helping bring our award-winning products to even more customers.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven contract negotiation skills.

Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.

Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.

Thorough understanding of profit/loss statements, sales forecasting, budgeting, inventory management

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:

Extensive experience as sales manager required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Role is up to 70% local metro area travel
