As a Business Development Executive with Amada Senior Care, you will represent a respected national brand while building strong local referral relationships in Gainesville, Sherman, and surrounding Northeast Texas areas.
Position Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for building strong referral relationships with hospitals, assisted living communities, independent living communities, memory care communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, physicians’ offices, rehab centers, elder law attorneys, and other senior-focused professionals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field marketing, relationship building, community outreach, and helping families connect with trusted senior care services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including:
- Assisted living and independent living communities
- Memory care facilities
- Hospitals, rehab centers, and discharge planners
- Home health and hospice agencies
- Physician offices and clinics
- Elder law attorneys and estate planning professionals
- Senior centers, churches, and community organizations
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral sources
- Educate referral partners about Amada’s services and care process
- Generate qualified client referrals and help convert them into new clients
- Track daily/weekly sales activities, visits, conversations, and referral outcomes in CRM
- Attend networking events, community events, senior fairs, and professional meetings
- Coordinate with the care team to ensure a smooth client intake experience
- Represent Amada Senior Care professionally and compassionately in the community
- Meet weekly and monthly business development goals
Qualifications
- Prior sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred
- Senior care, healthcare, home care, hospice, home health, assisted living, or medical sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making in-person visits and initiating professional conversations
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple referral relationships consistently
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally
- Compassion for seniors and families navigating care decisions
- Ability to track activity and follow up consistently

Preferred Experience
- Existing referral relationships in Gainesville, Sherman, and surrounding Northeast Texas areas
- Experience working with hospital discharge planners, case managers, assisted living teams, or senior care professionals
Work Location / Setting
Field-based / On the road. This role requires regular local travel to referral partners, senior living communities, hospitals, rehab centers, home health/hospice agencies, physician offices, community organizations, and networking events throughout Gainesville, Sherman, and surrounding Northeast Texas areas.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend community events as business needs require.
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus attractive performance-based bonus/commission opportunity, depending on experience, existing senior care referral relationships, and demonstrated ability to generate qualified referrals and new clients. High performers may have the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation based on referral generation, new client starts, and business growth.
