At Sunflower Speech, PLLC, we’re a family-centered clinic that believes therapy works best when it’s functional, fun, and rooted in relationships. Our caseloads are primarily early intervention and preschoolers, with some big-kid energy sprinkled in (up to age 10). We collaborate, we celebrate progress, and yes—we even play pretend in our therapy town village.

An energetic, organized, and passionate SLP who loves empowering children and families. Whether you’re a seasoned CCC or a brand-new CF, you’ll fit right in if you:
*Geek out over play-based therapy
*Believe communication should be affirming and joyful
* Are excited about early intervention, Gestalt Language Processing, and/or feeding therapy
What we offer (aka the good stuff):
* Competitive pay — FT W2 salaried or hourly options (salary + incentive pay = up to $80,000/year). FT min 35 direct client hours on schedule. PT 1099 options also available ($48–$55/hr).
* Incentive pay: $30/hr on top of salary for every hour worked over 30 each week. clinic is located directly next to a pre-school and PPEC, so if we get any last minute cancellations, we're able to go see kiddos there. your schedule is ALWAYS full!
*5hrs paid doc time
* Flexible schedules — FT can be 4, 4.5, or 5 days/week.
* $207/month toward health insurance + vision/dental options
*Paid CEUs + professional development support
* PTO (10 days + 80 hours sick/personal for FT salaried staff)
* A caseload that’s partially built-in so you can hit the ground running
*we adhere to a strict cancellation policy with clients that is enforced. No show fees applicable when necessary.

- Full-time: 40 hrs/week (tailored to meet your specific work/life balance)
- Licensed in Florida (CFs welcome!)
