Boston Pie is a 25-unit franchise that spans southern Maine, New Hampshire, and Eastern Massachusetts that has an immediate opening for an assistant maintenance person. The prefect candidate would have experience in the following areas:
· Painting
· Light cleaning
· Replacing Light bulbs and fixtures
· Light plumbing- fixing sinks, broken toilets, etc
· Light electrical- outlet repair, etc
· Replacing ceiling tiles
· Sheet rock patch work
· Replacing/Laying floor tile and baseboards
· Experience using hand and electrical tools
· Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
· Very good communication and interpersonal skills
· Physical stamina and dexterity
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
These tasks would be performed in any of our 28 locations and reports to the maintenance supervisor. A reliable vehicle would be needed for commuting to and from these sites. This position includes:
