SUMMARY: This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations on the manufacturing floor while prioritizing safety and quality and upholding Bendheim values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Load and unload items from machines and conveyors, ensuring timely movement from station to station for further processing, inspection, and preparation. Glass must be pushed to the next station.
- Operate and maintain machinery involved in the production process.

Conduct thorough examinations of products to meet quality standards, promptly alerting the Line Lead of any quality issues. Making sure inspect for quality issues at each station before proceeding into next phase of production.
- Report any and all potential safety hazards.
- Follow instructions on order sheets and communicate any questions or concerns to the Line Lead.

Maintain a neat and orderly workstation.

Clean the work area nightly and prepare the station for the next day.

Cross-train in various areas of the manufacturing process within the facility.

Take responsibility for personal safety and adhere to all safety practices at all times.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Two to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
