Job Responsibilities
● Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
● Troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
● Maintain cleanliness and safety of all maintenance areas, including the office, common areas, parks, and other community facilities.
● Support the upkeep of a large community, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and presentable.
Requirements
● 2+ years of experience in general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry).
● Ability to work minimum of 12 hours per week over 3 days (Mond/Wed/Fri) and on call 2 days per week (Tues/Thurs).
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders safely.
● Reliable transportation.
● Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
