Help Redefine What Aging Looks Like
Overland Park, KS | CORE Strategies Physical Therapy
Looking for More Than a Traditional PT Job?
Most physical therapists spend their careers helping patients recover from pain.
At CORE Strategies Physical Therapy, we're building something bigger.
We're looking for a purpose-driven clinician who believes movement can transform lives and who gets energized by helping people accomplish things they never thought possible. Someone who sees a patient's potential instead of their limitations. Someone who believes aging doesn't have to mean slowing down.
If you're excited about challenging conventional thinking, building meaningful relationships, and creating lasting change in your community, this may be the opportunity you've been searching for.
We're Not Just Treating Injuries
We're helping people stay active, independent, and engaged in the lives they want to live.
Approximately half of your caseload will consist of Medicare-aged adults working to maintain their mobility, confidence, and independence. The remainder will include orthopedic patients across the lifespan—from teenage athletes and runners to active adults and weekend warriors.
What makes us different is what happens after physical therapy.
We believe the greatest impact often occurs after pain is gone.
That's why we've built programs designed to help people continue their progress long after discharge. Our therapists play a critical role in helping clients transition into our wellness and fitness programs where they continue building strength, resilience, and confidence for years to come.
Learn a System, Not Just Techniques
Many clinicians spend years collecting treatment techniques.
We believe exceptional clinicians learn principles.
At CORE Strategies PT, you'll develop a movement analysis system that can be applied across virtually every population you encounter—from an 80-year-old wanting to stay independent to a high school athlete chasing performance goals.
You'll learn how to:
- Identify movement limitations and root causes
- Develop advanced clinical reasoning
- Apply movement principles across diverse populations
- Build patient confidence through education and coaching
- Create long-term success rather than short-term symptom relief
Our goal isn't simply to help you become better at treating injuries.
Our goal is to help you become an expert at understanding human movement.
For Clinicians Who Think Bigger
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys asking:
"What else is possible for this person?"
Our team is passionate about reimagining what healthcare can look like when physical therapy, wellness, fitness, and community are connected.
We're looking for clinicians who are willing to think creatively, embrace new ideas, and help us continue building innovative programs that create lasting impact for our clients.
Beyond Traditional Physical Therapy
You'll have opportunities to lead and teach group fitness classes that help people continue progressing after therapy.
Many clinicians discover they enjoy this aspect of their role because it allows them to:
- Develop coaching and leadership skills
- Build deeper relationships within the community
- Influence more people at one time
- Create lasting lifestyle change
- Practice movement coaching without the documentation burden of traditional physical therapy
If you enjoy teaching, motivating, and inspiring others, you'll thrive in this environment.
Grow Your Impact. Grow Your Opportunity.
We believe that when team members help advance the mission of the organization, everyone should benefit.
In addition to delivering exceptional patient care, you'll have opportunities to contribute to the growth of our wellness and fitness initiatives.
Through alignment with company goals and participation in our cash-based programs, team members have the opportunity to increase both their income and their flexibility while helping more people achieve long-term success.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants their impact to extend beyond the treatment table.

- Strong communicators and relationship builders
- Self-motivated and accountable

The Bottom Line
We're not looking for someone who simply wants a job.
We're looking for a clinician who wants to be part of a mission.
Someone who believes physical therapy can be the starting point—not the finish line—for a healthier, more active life.
If you're passionate about movement, excited about helping people redefine what's possible, and motivated to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
