Valley View Dental is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental practice opening in Logan, Utah, and we’re looking for an exceptional Dental Assistant to join our team from the very beginning.

Responsibilities
· Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
· Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
· Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA infection control standards
· Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
· Take digital scans and traditional impressions as needed
· Fabricate temporary crowns
· Pack retraction cord
· Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation
· Help ensure smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the day
· Keep operatories clean, stocked, and organized
· Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive office environment
Qualifications
· Previous dental assisting experience required
· Current Utah Dental X-ray Certification
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
· Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
· Experience with Curve Dental software is a plus
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
· Experience with IV sedation and Oral sedation a plus
