We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Home Staging Assistant / Inventory and Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the transformation of residential spaces through expert staging, while also supporting the administrative and inventory management functions that keep our operations running smoothly. As a key member of our team, you will help elevate property presentations, manage staging inventory, and assist with project coordination, ensuring every project is executed flawlessly. RESPONSIBILITIES
Home Staging
- Assist with staging installations and de-staging projects
- Style homes under the direction of the Lead Designer
- Pack, unpack, wrap, and organize accessories, artwork, bedding, rugs, and décor
- Prepare inventory for upcoming staging projects
- Load and unload staging vehicles
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
- Assemble light furniture and complete minor paint touch-ups when needed
Interior Design Support
- Assist with sourcing furniture, finishes, lighting, artwork, and décor
- Research current design trends and products
- Take room measurements and sketch basic floor plans
- Assist with design presentations and project preparation
- Shop locally for project materials and accessories
Administrative Support
- Assist with client communication and scheduling
- Help with social media content and marketing projects
- Assist with product ordering and inventory management
- Perform other duties that support the daily operations of the business

Qualifications Required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Live within approximately 30 minutes of Midtown Memphis
- Traveling throughout the Memphis metro area to different homes
- Ability to frequently lift 35 pounds
- Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs, and walking throughout the day
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Preferred
- Home staging, interior design, merchandising, retail display, or visual merchandising experience
- Experience with social media content creation
- Basic photography skills
- Experience using Canva, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
