We’re Hiring: Chief Clinical Officer
Part-Time W-2 Leadership Role | $80/Hour | Longview, Washington
Unity Counseling Group is seeking an experienced, independently licensed clinician to serve as our Chief Clinical Officer and help guide the clinical quality, supervision, and continued growth of our expanding behavioral-health practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a respected clinician who wants to step into meaningful leadership without committing to a traditional full-time administrative schedule.
The Position
- Part-time W-2 employment
- Eight guaranteed CCO hours per month
- $80 per hour
- $640 in guaranteed monthly compensation
- Flexible scheduling based on organizational needs
- Opportunity to build an additional clinical caseload at $80 per completed billable clinical hour
The CEO will assign and prioritize the eight monthly leadership hours, which may include:
- Direct one-to-one supervision of associate-licensed clinicians
- Group clinical supervision
- Clinical documentation and compliance review
- Clinical quality-improvement initiatives
- Consultation regarding complex or high-risk cases
- Development and review of clinical policies
- Clinical recommendations and reporting to the CEO
- Other Chief Clinical Officer responsibilities based on organizational needs
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Independently licensed in Washington
- Qualified to supervise associate-licensed behavioral-health clinicians
- Experienced in clinical supervision, documentation, ethics, compliance, and quality improvement
- Comfortable providing clear, supportive, and accountable leadership
- Skilled in complex clinical presentations, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Organized, responsive, collaborative, and committed to excellent client care
