Solar Sales Closer – Warm Leads, Cold Outbound, $100k+ | In-Office (Rocklin, CA)
About the Role
Elevation Energy is building a stacked team of closers in our Rocklin headquarters.
This is a high-ticket, in-office sales role. You’ll be on video with homeowners every day, running structured virtual consultations, educating them on their options, and closing deals on home energy upgrades.
No door knocking. No driving all over town. Just headset on, camera on, closing from a professional office with a proven process and real earning potential.
What You’ll Sell
You’ll help homeowners upgrade and protect their homes with:
- Solar panels & solar batteries
- Backup generators
- AC & HVAC systems
- Home energy monitoring systems
- EV chargers & battery EV solutions
- Additional electrical upgrade products
What You’ll Actually Do
- Run 1:1 virtual appointments with homeowners via Zoom from our Rocklin office
- Work a mix of company-generated appointments and your own outbound/self-gen pipeline
- Diagnose their current energy situation and build clear, numbers-based proposals
- Educate instead of hype: your job is to make the decision obvious, not pressure them
- Close high-ticket deals and follow through to ensure a great customer experience
- Hit daily/weekly KPI targets inside a high-performance sales floor
How You Start & Grow
Everyone starts as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). That’s your launch pad.
- Learn the script, tools, and process while setting and running simpler appointments
- Prove you can hit activity and conversion targets
- Promote to full Energy Advisor (closer) on performance, not politics or tenure

Compensation
- Base + commission with uncapped earnings
- Realistic first-year earnings for full-time reps who follow the system: $100k+
- Top performers earn significantly more, tied directly to production
