Bookkeeper - Salary $50,000
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to prepare financial statements and sales tax returns and provide accounting services for our clients. Strong organizational and communication skills and prior experience are required.
Qualifications
· 2 - 5 years of experience is required
· We use QuickBooks Online or Thomson Reuters Accounting CS for all our clients, so experience in this software is key
· Proficient with a computer
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Extremely organized, attention to detail
· Excellent with technology
· Eager to help and to learn, desire to advance within the organization
· Responsible and reliable

Responsibilities
· Coding of bank transactions
· Reconciliation of bank accounts
· Preparation of sales tax returns
· Preparation of financial statements
· Working with a small team
· Meet chargeable hour targets
· Accurate time and record keeping
