Summary
We are seeking Night Auditors to join our dynamic team at Narsi Hotels. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our late arriving and early departing guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Perform night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing phone calls and reservations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the security of the hotel during night shifts by monitoring access points.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform night audits accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual or skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
