Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of in-person events and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, client interaction, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown
- Support on-site coordination and event logistics
- Welcome attendees and provide professional customer assistance
- Maintain organized event materials and supplies
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth event execution
- Track attendance and assist with event reporting
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Reliable transportation preferred
