Qualifications:
- Must be able and willing to follow safety guidelines
- Ability to strongly work independently and with others
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work on rooftops and ladders
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- General facility maintenance issues
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic repairs on machinery
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance needs promptly and professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and troubleshoot effectively
