We are excited to announce our new IN-HOUSE Rehabilitation Program offering advanced treatment technologies and interventions provided by our professional and highly skilled IN-HOUSE PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL & SPEECH Rehabilitation Therapists. We have partnered with TruCare Rehabilitation Solutions to oversee and management our Rehabilitation Team.
It is our goal to deliver excellent post-acute care rehabilitation experiences to every patient entrusted to our care. We need your help to complete our team and together we will deliver exceptional care and clinical outcomes.
Occupational Therapist (OTR) –PRN, Full time
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
- Implementation of occupational therapy care plans
- Coordination of care with entire care team
- Educating patients and family members
- Preparing timely, complete and accurate clinical notes
- Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members
Qualifications
- Believe in a team approach to problem solving and care Freely
- Occupational Therapist Licensed in the State of Texas
- Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) experience preferred
- Experience with EMR
- Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
