Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed product information to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Negotiate terms of sale with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and timely updates on stock levels.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and streamline sales processes.
- Upsell additional features, accessories, or service packages to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for high-end sales and B2B (business-to-business) opportunities.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients via phone or in person.
- Support dealership operations by assisting with retail math calculations, organizational tasks, and sales support activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and benefits.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, inventory levels, and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base effectively.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales efforts such as cold calling and B2B sales initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and dealership operations is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, active listening, and clear articulation of product details.
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for pricing, discounts, and profit calculations; basic math proficiency is essential.
- Experience in high-end or luxury vehicle sales is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for upscale automotive markets is valued.
