We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Vape Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Duties
- Lead and supervise the retail team, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Manage store operations efficiently by overseeing inventory control, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and daily financial transactions with accuracy.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and sales while managing store signage and displays.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, manage purchasing decisions, and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards while managing shift schedules and supervising sales associates.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and sales calculations; familiarity with retail math concepts is essential.
- Experience with vaporizers, and other currently available products is beneficial but not required.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities including supervisory duties and administrative tasks.
