At Budget Blinds of Boise, our Warehouse Coordinator & Install Scheduler is the operational heartbeat of our installation team. You'll coordinate incoming products, organize our warehouse, schedule installation appointments, and ensure every installer has exactly what they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Coordinate installation appointments with customers.
- Schedule installer calendars for maximum efficiency.
- Stage products and prepare jobs for installation.
- Track projects from product arrival through completion.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve product issues.
- Help create a smooth, organized experience for customers and teammates.
Working Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Meridian headquarters. You'll divide your time between our warehouse and office, coordinating shipments, organizing products, scheduling installations, and supporting our installation team. Every day brings new priorities, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, organization, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, scheduling, or project coordination is preferred.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds.
- Clean driving record.
