What You’ll Do:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare meals based on client needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and outings
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being
- Support clients with memory care needs such as Alzheimer’s or dementia
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Document care provided and communicate important updates with the office staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate individuals who treat clients with dignity and respect
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality care
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or caregiving roles
- Familiarity with memory care, developmental disabilities, or hospice support
- Understanding of client confidentiality and professional care standards
