We are a full service hotel seeking a full time Houseman to work in our Housekeeping department. This position reports directly to the Housekeeping manager.
Area of Responsibility:
· Responds to both customer and hotel staff inquires.
· Assists room attendants with removal of soiled linen.
· Makes sure housekeeping carts are stocked with all supplies needed.
· Must be available to work a variety of shifts.
· Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing outstanding service and by exceeding guest expectation.
